ShekelordLogistics

Ibeju-Lekki · Lagos · Nigeria — proven first in Africa

We move cargo, commerce and the harvest — at global scale

Shekelord Logistics is a haulage and supply-chain operator based in Ibeju-Lekki, on the Lekki Deep Sea Port corridor — one of the busiest new trade gateways on the African continent. We handle trucking, last-mile delivery, warehousing and customs clearing, and we are building an agricultural logistics network designed to work in Nigeria first, replicate across African markets, and connect African produce to global buyers.

Our flagship programme

Connecting African farmers to markets through smart agricultural logistics

Across Africa, millions of smallholder farmers grow the food that fast-growing cities need — yet the produce struggles to reach the market efficiently, reliably or profitably. The bottleneck is not production. It is the fragmented logistics system between the farm gate and the final buyer.

We are building an integrated agricultural logistics platform that links farmers, cooperatives, transporters, aggregation centres, storage facilities, processors and buyers — consolidating produce from many farms so transport is coordinated by volume, route, crop type and delivery window instead of every farmer moving a small load alone. It is a model built to be replicated market by market across Africa, and to carry African produce into export markets.

Read the full initiative
  • Aggregation over isolation

Produce from many smallholders is pooled at collection points so a full truck moves instead of a dozen half-empty ones.

  • Cold chain for perishables

Short-term and chilled storage between harvest and market cuts the spoilage that eats farmer income.

  • Storage for grains

Aggregation and proper storage give farmers a choice about when and where to sell, instead of selling in a hurry.

  • Verified buyers

Direct links to processors, retailers and institutional buyers who need dependable volume and quality.

Built to scale

Proven first in Africa. Designed to run anywhere the same problem exists.

A truck route is local. A logistics system is not. What we are building in Lagos — aggregation, coordinated transport, storage and verified buyers — is the same system that moves produce out of the Rift Valley, the Sahel or the Mekong Delta. We are proving it on the hardest corridors first, then taking the model outward.

  1. Phase 1

    Lagos & the Lekki corridor

Haulage, delivery, warehousing and clearing around the Lekki Deep Sea Port, plus the first farm-to-market corridors into Lagos markets.

  2. Phase 2

    National corridors

Scheduled trunk routes linking Nigeria's producing regions to its consuming cities, with aggregation points on each corridor.

  3. Phase 3

    Regional & continental

Replicating the corridor model in neighbouring African markets and moving goods across borders under continental free-trade rules.

  4. Phase 4

    Global trade lanes

Connecting African producers to export buyers through the ports we already work in — the same standards, applied to international freight.
